What it does not
- One-to-one personal training, which is priced per coach
- Nutrition coaching as a standalone programme

How it works
- Come by during staffed hours — 6 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. No appointment.
- Say you want the free trial. You will need a name and a phone number, not a card.
- Use the whole floor for three days. All 63 pieces of it.
- If you want to stay, say so. If you do not, nothing happens and nobody calls you.
